The recent surge in racist violence across the country is deeply disturbing and unacceptable. As the Gloucestershire VCS Alliance, we stand united in condemning these acts of hate and intimidation.
We extend our solidarity to all those affected by these horrific events.
We're currently reviewing our membership programme and launched our 2024 Members Survey this week.
Please take the time to have your say - our survey closes at 5 pm 20 September 2024.
The video and photos from the 2024 Gloucestershire's Volunteer Awards are now ready to view and download on the Go Volunteer Glos website.
We're also delighted to launch the third in our series of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) training courses and workshops this Autumn.
It can often be difficult to have a confident conversation about race, different cultures and backgrounds, for fear of getting it wrong. Our Safe Space to Talk Race presentational workshop offers some different thinking, understanding and approaches in tacking this delicate topic. Places are fully funded for VCSE sector groups & organisations delivering services in Gloucestershire.
In our second Team Blog, our Head of Sector Innovation, Cate Hemingway, shares insight into her role here at Gloucestershire VCS Alliance and as a trustee for two organisations.
We’re launching our new Learning, Events and Resources Newsletter (LEaRN) later this month.
Our aim is for LEaRN to be a valuable resource and vital part of your teams’ learning & development toolkit.
